Focusing on individual service deliverables and day to day management of the account, we commit to continually enhance our processes to complement and meet our customers’ expectations on the service standards requirement to support both their existing and potential customer base.
We possess extensive experience and skill-set in repairing mobile phones for Nokia, Samsung and Motorola, PDAs for Palm and O2, notebooks for NEC and Quanta, and we are the Authorized Service Partner for High Tech Computers (HTC) and Hewlett-Packard (HP) .
We manage HTC’s flagship Customer Care Centre and Backroom Repair Centre in Singapore, providing software upgrading, mechanical parts replacement, motherboard troubleshooting and repair and inventory management services and we are proud to receive compliments from our customer for 99% fulfillment of all KPIs.
We setup and manage a Regional Repair Hub in Singapore to provide centralized repairs of HP iPAQ products for China, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia and we realized the cost efficiency and operation optimization requirements of our customer.
We believe in an open book approach to costing and we are willing to work and refine with our customers for a service cost model that delivers not only the best in breed service pricing, but clear cost reduction and roadmaps for future development.
